I use butter, garlic, and onion in most of my recipes.
Cooking Instructions

Brown beef, onion,garlic and mushrooms. Drain.

In separate bowl combine Parmesan cheese, half the mozzarella cheese, bread crumbs, Italian seasoning,1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper and eggs. Add to meat mixture and combine.

Boil shells in salted water 13 to 15 minutes. Drain Rinse with cool water.

Spoon 1/4 of sauce in bottom of large baking dish with high sides. I used a disposable aluminum roasting pan.

Stuff shells and place in roasting pan. Mix wine with remaining sauce and pour over shells. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese.Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit 25 minutes, remove foil continue to bake 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and browned.

I made 2 pans out of this and froze one prior to baking.
