First, assemble all the ingredients. Then whisk the yoghurt with salt, sugar and all other spices till creamy and smooth.

Then mix grated beetroot, carrot, chopped onion and cucumber, green chillies, ginger in a bowl. Then add this to the yoghurt.

Chill for 15 minutes. Serve garnished with chopped coriander leaves. Enjoy with Paratha, Pulao, Biryani or plain daal and rice.
