Divide the okra into 2 parts and grate 1 part, then dice the remaining half

Put some water in a pot, allow to heat up and add the okra and whisk to mix well. Let this boil for 4-5minutes and turn off heat. Set this aside

Put the meat in a pot and add seasoning and salt with some onions. Allow to cook until almost tender

In a blender, add the tomato, pepper, prawn and crayfish and blend almost smooth

Now pour in the blended mix into the boiled meat with stock, add the diced pomo and continue cooking until the stock is well reduced

In a separate pot, pour in some palm oil and allow to heat up, then add the diced onions and stir for 10 seconds

Now pour in the entire soup stock into the palm oil and mix

Add the sliced ugu leaves and let it cook uncovered for 2 minutes

Finally pour in the cooked okra into the soup stock and mix in. Taste for seasoning and adjust if need be. Leave for 30secs to cook and turn off heat
