Take besan in a bowl, add coarse besan, salt, split black pepper, caromseeds, green chillies ginger paste. Give a nice mix.

Wash chopped methi bhaji,

Add 1/2 Cup of water little by little and make batter, not to thin or thick. Add chopped methi bhaji asafoetida and cooking soda. Batter is ready to make pakora.

Combine well, Heat the oil in a kadai, fry pakora on medium heat.flip after min. Once crispy, light, golden, remove from the kadai.

Serve hot pakora with besan kadhi chutney. It's very tasty and delicious.
