Shaking Beef (Bò Lúc Lắc)

Cut the beef and bell peppers into cubes. In a bowl, combine with seasonings, cornstarch, garlic juice, and honey. Marinate for 30 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant and golden. Add the bell peppers and stir-fry until cooked. Remove and set aside.

Melt the butter in the pan. Sauté garlic until fragrant, then add the beef. Stir-fry over high heat. Pour in the red wine (be careful, as it may splatter). Stir-fry until the flames subside and the beef is seared on the edges. Add ketchup and plum sauce (or chili sauce) and stir-fry until the beef is cooked through.

Serve with a fried egg, French fries, and bread.
