This recipe combines moong dal and several veggies, making it a soft and fluffy pancake that is easy to make at home.

First of all, wash the mung dal and soak it for 1 hour. After that, drain the water and take it in a mixer jar. Add ginger and chilli and grind everything in fine paste.

Now beat the prepared mug dal batter with a whisk for 2 to 3 minutes. Then add chopped onion, tomato, capsicum and coriander. Add all the spices and cumin and mix.

Now heat a nonstick pan. Add Eno to Munglet's batter. add 1 teaspoon of water and mix it properly. Add 1 tbsp of oil to the pan and spread the prepared batter in thick layer.

Now cover it and let it cook on low flame for 5 minutes. Then add oil on the edge and flip it. Cover it again for 2 minutes. Then cut the moonglet and add butter on it.

Roast both sides,sprinkle chilli powder, coriander leaves and take it out.

Moonglets, a famous street food of Delhi are ready, served with ketchup and green chutney.
