Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsprouted moong
  2. 1 cupgram flour
  3. 1/2 cupchopped methi
  4. 1/4 chopped carrot
  5. 1 chopped onion
  6. 2chopped green chilli
  7. 6garlic cloves
  8. 1 tspsalt
  9. 1 tspGinger Chilli paste
  10. 1 tspturmeric powder
  11. 1/2red chilli powder
  12. 1 tsp Garam Masala
  13. 1 tspcumin powder
  14. 5 tbspoil

  1. 1

    Take1 cup sprouted moong. To make pancake take normal chopped coarsely grind sprouted moong.Moong is coarsely grinded do not make fine paste.

    Sprouted moong add in a mixture jar add chopped green chilli and 1 inch Ginger
    Add chopped onion and carrot and grind coarsely then take cup gram flour in a bowl and transfer coarsely sprouted moong in it.add finely chopped carrot onion ginger garlic and green chillies and add 1 tsp turmeric powder add 1 /2 tsp asafoetida and ajwain add 1 tsp salt and chopped methi.

    And mix very well.Add water as required and bring the better to drop consistency.Heat up the pan spread a little oil add a scoop of better to make small pancake.Drizzle oil around and let it nicely cook on medium heat. Cook them from both the sides until nice golden brown.
