Cinnamon bread roll

Ingredients

  1. Bread
  2. Cinnamon
  3. Sugar
  4. Egg
  5. Toothpick or skewer
  6. Butter for toasting

Cooking Instructions

    Place the bread on the cutting board. Use a sharp knife to cut off the crusts of the bread, keep them intact in one long piece.

    Starting at one end of the bread, roll it up into a pinwheel and insert a skewer or toothpick to hold the shape. Repeat with rest of the pieces of the bread.

    Dip each roll one at a time in the egg mixture. Add each roll immediately to the cinnamon sugar and roll until completely covered in sugar.

    Melt the butter In a pan over medium heat, Add the pinwheels and cook for 2 minutes on each side or until golden.

    Serve with maple or honey for dipping.

    Note: To make the cinnamon sugar, it is by mixing the cinnamon and sugar in one place
