One of the fondest memories of my childhood is eating this favourite dish with all the family members on Sundays.
Now it has become a favourite 1 pot meal in our house too. It is quick , tasty and satisfying too. Remember to serve it piping hot .

Batter : Take cooked rice, besan, the dry spices & sour curds in a plate. Add sugar & water & make a very soft dough. Keep aside.

Tempering : Take oil in a pan, add mustard seeds & let them splutter. Add asafoetida. Add water & give it 1 boil. Add all the dry spices for the gravy. Mix.

Now grease your palms & make small muthiyas from the dough. Drop them in the boiling water. Cover & cook for 5 minutes.

Switch off the flame. Garnish with chopped coriander. Serve Bhat Na Muthiya piping hot.
