Dissolve the vegetable bouillon cube in enough water for one serving, then add the dried wakame seaweed and let it rehydrate.

Cut the tofu into small pieces and add it to the pot along with the dumplings and wakame.

When the dumplings float to the surface, taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot in a bowl with green onion, cilantro, sliced chili, and a sprinkle of ground black pepper.
