In a mixing bowl add millet flour, cucumber, chopped green chillies, chopped coriander leaves, salt, turmeric powder, sesame seeds.Mix well.

Don't add water.Make soft dough.

In a rolling board spread wet handkerchief.Spread big lemon size ball of flour and spread thinly.Make hole in the middle.

Heat a griddle and brush oil on it.Add this thalipeeth very carefully.

Add oil if nessesary. Flip and cook both sides till brown.Serve hot Our healthy, tasty thalipeeth.
