Steps

Take vessel put til, sugar, green chilli, salt, grated ginger, red chilli powder mix well

Add aata, bajra aata, quinoa flour oil and knead it

Take small portion make it into thin theplas
- 4
Put on tawa and cook from both sides applying ghee or oil
- 5
Bajra quinoa Methi thepla ready to serve with achar and green chilli
