Ingredients

  1. 1 tablespoon of  jeera powder
  2. 1 CupBasmati rice
  3. 3 tablespoonghee
  4. 3 to 4 tablespoon of oil
  5. 1 to 2 tablespoon of lemon juice
  6. 1/2 cup of chopped onions
  7. 2 tablespoon of red chilli
  8. 2 tablespoon of coriander powder
  9. 1 tablespoon of jeera powder
  10. 1 tablespoon of Cumin powder
  11. 1 tablespoon of garam masala powder
  12. Salt
  13. 10 Cashews

Steps

    Wash and soak Basmati rice in a cup of water for 15 to 20 mins at least.

    Boil water in a kadai, add pinch of salt, oil

    Tip - (adding oil to water gives the non-sticky nice,)

    Once it comes to boiling stage, add Basmati Rice

    Melt the ghee in a pan, add chopped onions and add pinch of salt

    Fry Onions until it turns golden brown and keep aside

    Meanwhile, in the same pan, add cashews, fry it turn Golden brown

    Add red chilli, coriander powder, jeera powder, pepper powder, gram masala powder

    Add lemon juice, pinch of salt

    Now add the drained rice
