First, grat the beetroot.

Put ghee in a pan, add grateful beets and fry for five minutes, then add milk with cream and fry till it thickens.

Now add jaggery and keep stirring well, when thickens, add cardamom powder and Desiccated coconut and mix well.

Once it cools down, make small bolls with hand and rubb it in Desiccated coconut.

So ready tasty and healthy beetroots bolls.
