Sweet Potatoes also known as Ratalu in Urdu is a great option for that choti moti bhook on a weekend or just about any day for that matter.
This one is a perfect Fibre rich snack, Brunch or a wholesome family pick at Tea-time. You will love it for many reasons. And this one is done in an Air Fryer and that's what makes it even more special and healthier.
It turned out to be super delicious and melt in mouth textured juicy and luscious Sweet Potatoes ever. My family enjoyed it every bit on this last Sunday or yesterday evening for a nutritious snack with homemade Orange juice.
Although I have made a number of recipes with these Sweet Potatoes, this one turned out to be extremely awesome. They were roasted to perfection in no time at all.

Wash the sweet potatoes thoroughly to remove all the hidden dirt and grime. Drain well. Pat dry to proceed with the recipe.

Preheat your air fryer for a good 6-7 minutes. Rub in all the ingredients mentioned onto all the sweet potatoes. Adjust the ingredients according to taste.

Arrange them on an aluminium sheet in a single row. Set the temperature on 200°. Roast them in batches of two. Shake the basket once or twice in between for an even roasting.

These yummy little beauties are done in about 30 minutes to be precise. It might differ a bit for you. So keep an eye on them while in the air fryer.

Serve them piping hot right away either on their own or alongside a simple salad or a dip. Enjoy!
