Take a mixing bowl add flour, grated carrot, bottle gourd, chilli, coriander leaves crush,1 tablespoon curd, sugar,salt.turmeric coriander powder.Add warm water and make bhajiya like dough.Cover and keep aside for half an hour.

After that mix well and add fruit salt and activate it.

Heat a pan add oil and mustard seeds allow to crackle.Add sesame seeds and curry leaves.Add half batter and cover the pan.

After five minutes once handvo get brown in one side flip and cook in other side.

Handvo gets brown and crispy both sides.Serve with chutney.
