Heat cast iron kadai, dry roast oats for 2-3 minutes on low flame, till golden brown and fragrant. Now add milk, cardamom powder, mix it well and cook on low flame till oats are proper cooked and becomes thickens.

Now add sugar, chopped dry fruits, pinch of salt, mix it and cook few seconds. Lastly add saffron milk and mix lightly. Rashmi Oats are done.

Now transfer into the serving bowl. Garnish with roundels banaba slices, chopped apple, pumpkin seeds and sprinkle some crushed pistachio and dry rose petals.
