  1. 2.2 lbspork ribs
  2. 1red bell pepper
  3. 1green bell pepper
  4. 1/2pineapple
  5. 1/2white onion
  6. 1 tablespoonminced shallot, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  7. Seasonings: salt, sugar, pepper, soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, cooking oil

    Rinse the ribs briefly, then boil them in water for 5 minutes to remove impurities from the bones.

    After 5 minutes, drain the water and rinse with cold water. Place the ribs in a clean plastic bag with 1 tablespoon minced shallot, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and a little pepper. Shake well for 5-10 minutes. Then add 3 tablespoons cornstarch and shake until the ribs are coated.

    Cut the white onion, red and green bell peppers, and pineapple into 3/4-inch squares.
