Wash rajma n soaked for overnight, pressure cooked with salt n whole spices.

Heat a pan on low flame, add ghee.

Add cumin seeds n asafoetida.

After splutter cumin seeds, add beaten yogurt, this time I switch off the flame. And continuously stirring until ghee releases.

Now on low flame, add spices pd to yogurt n continuously stirring so that masala mix well.

Stirring for 10 mi. More so that masala cooked well with yogurt n bubble of ghee comes out in the middle.

Now add rajma n salt n cook for 5 to 6 minutes. Cover it.

Switch off the flame, garnish with chopped coriander leaves n again covered it for 10 minutes.

Serve hot with cooked rice or naan. I generally enjoy with naan, roti n parathas.
