Ingredients

  2. 2 handfulsmixed nuts
  3. 3 tablespoonsolive oil or coconut oil
  4. 2 teaspoonscocoa powder
  5. 3-4 tablespoonspeanut butter
  6. 1 teaspoonground flaxseed
  7. 1vanilla bean or a little extract
  8. 1 pinchsalt
  9. 3 tablespoonshoney
  10. 1 teaspooncinnamon
  11. Zest from one small orange

    Preheat the oven to 320°F (160°C) with the fan on and divide the ingredients into 2 bowls, placing all the dry ingredients in one and all the wet ingredients in another.

    Mix the ingredients well, then pour the bowl with the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix very well until everything is moistened.

    Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and smooth it out.

    Bake for about 20 minutes, depending on your oven, and halfway through, take out the baking sheet and stir the granola because it tends to overbake at the corners. Move the corners to the center and continue baking. Finally, once it cools, place the granola in a large bowl or jar for storage.
