  1. 1Whole Chicken Breast
  2. 1 SprigRosemary
  3. 2 Cloves of Garlic
  4. 1 Head of Lettuce
  5. Extra Virgin Olive Oil, as needed
  6. Salt, to taste

    Preheat the oven to 350°F.

  2. 2

    Take the chicken breast and place it on a cutting board. Use a knife to remove the small bone and cut it in half.

  3. 3

    In a bowl, place the chicken breast, season with salt, rosemary, coarsely chopped garlic, and olive oil. Massage the chicken breast and let it rest for about half an hour.

  4. 4

    After this time, take a baking dish, place the chicken breast in it, and bake for about 40 minutes.

  5. 5

    Wash and dry the lettuce.

  6. 6

    After the chicken is done cooking, turn off the oven and use oven mitts to take the baking dish out and place it on a kitchen surface.

  7. 7

    Take the chicken breast and place it on the cutting board. Let it rest for a few minutes.

  8. 8

    Take a serving platter and arrange the lettuce on it.

  9. 9

    Cut the chicken breast into strips and place them on the serving platter with the lettuce. Drizzle a little extra virgin olive oil and serve.
