Baked Chicken Breast Strips Served on a Bed of Salad

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Take the chicken breast and place it on a cutting board. Use a knife to remove the small bone and cut it in half.

In a bowl, place the chicken breast, season with salt, rosemary, coarsely chopped garlic, and olive oil. Massage the chicken breast and let it rest for about half an hour.

After this time, take a baking dish, place the chicken breast in it, and bake for about 40 minutes.

Wash and dry the lettuce.

After the chicken is done cooking, turn off the oven and use oven mitts to take the baking dish out and place it on a kitchen surface.

Take the chicken breast and place it on the cutting board. Let it rest for a few minutes.

Take a serving platter and arrange the lettuce on it.
