Mix 2 cups of flour with pich of salt, tablespoon of sugar and water

Cut and roll into desired sizes and grill for 2mins on each side

Finely chop vegetables (cabbage and carrots)

Stir fry chicken chunks/ beef in seasoning and spices until evenly cooked

Mix bama, ketchup and pepper

Spread bama mixture on shawarma bread, lay veggies and meat

Fold and grill for 3 mins
