Firstly wash and chop green leaves soak in water until further cooking is done next pick and pressure cooker add in chopped onions,tomatoes all spices,oil mentioned above in ingredients list with a cup of water cover the lid and cook until the onion & tomato’s are softened

Uncover the lid cook it to dry the water in gravy next add in chopped green leaves walnuts stir for a minute agin cook it for next 5 -10 minutes until the walnuts are softened leaves are cooked water is soaked in & the oil separates a layer.

Finally pop it in a serving dish and enjoy with rice or chapati..!
