Ingredients

10 - 12 people
  1. 4Pie Crusts
  2. 1/2 lbGround Pork
  3. 1/2 lbGround Beef
  4. 6Potatoes (peeled)
  5. 1 tspNutmeg
  6. 1 tspCinnamon
  7. 2 TbsButter
  8. 1/2 CupMilk
  9. 1Egg (yoke) [crust bath]
  10. 1 tspsalt & pepper (to taste)

Cooking Instructions

    Boil potatoes for mashed potatoes.

  2. 2

    Make mashed potatoes with butter, milk, salt & pepper to taste. Then, set aside.

  3. 3

    Cook burger & pork in frying pan, salt & pepper to taste.

  4. 4

    Add nutmeg & cinnamon with meat & stir together, then add mashed potatoes & mix all together.

  5. 5

    Put 1 crust on the bottom of the pie dish, then add the mixture. Add pie crust with the additional crust.

  6. 6

    Repeat step 5 to make additional pie.

  7. 7

    Brush both pies with egg bath.

  8. 8

    Cook pies @ 325°F for 45 minutes or until golden.
