This started with a gallon jug of blueberries and a lot of RUM.
Cooking Instructions

Combine blueberries butter cinnamon and nutmeg and monk fruit sweetener...made by Splenda this is diabetes friendly

Bring to a boil and cook off the alcohol and continue to cook till it thickens

Pour into pie crust. Top with flat crust and be sure to vent holes in crust. Sorry don't do lattice PAIN IN BUTT...make sure to seal the crust with a fork and vent top good

Preheat 375......45 to 55 minutes
