I made modak with 2 different color, one is white as bappa likes. And one is blue by using blue Pea Flower. Because it having very healthy properties in it.

I made modak with 2 different color, one is white as bappa likes. And one is blue by using blue Pea Flower. Because it having very healthy properties in it.
Steps

In a pan add water ghee, salt and blue Pea Flowers and let it boil till it releases its color.
(We can take half water and half milk as well.) - 2
Then add rice flour and give it quick mix. Then cover the pan and rest it for 2 minutes. Then put of the flame and rest it for another 10 minutes.

Remove mixture into parat or thali and Start making dough when the mixture is still hot. Cand add littile water if needed.
Make a soft dough and keep it covered. - 4
Now in another pan add 1 TSP ghee, then add freshly grated coconut and chopped dryfruits.
Then add jaggery and let it cook together till jaggery melts. - 5
Then add khaskhas, cardamom powder and nutmeg powder and chopped cranberries.
Mix it well and let this mixture cools down completely. - 6
Now take small portion of rice dough. Start making small katori like structure.
Then with the help of thumb and middle finger start making pleates.
Stuff coconut and jaggery mixture into it. And start modak. - 7
Give it proper shape of modak.

And bapppas favourite Ukadiche modaks are ready for naivaidyam.
