Steps

Wash the jalapenos thoroughly under the running water. Pat dry. Slice thinly or as desired.

Bring water and vinegar to a boil on a high heat next.

Add salt and sugar too. Add the thinly sliced jalapenos to it. Mix and switch off the flame. Cover and rest for the next 1 hour or until it comes to the room temperature.

Add it to a sterilised glass bottle. Cover and refrigerate. Start using it after 3 days. Relish it with your favourite dishes. Enjoy!
