Cooking Instructions

Keep PAN on medium flame add two tablespoon of ghee and then and rajgira flour. roast it for 5 minutes atleast.then remove from pan and then add sugar and water and make sugar syrup.

Add milk in syrup and then add roasted rajgira flour and mix it.well.add ghee in it and again mix it.

At last add chopped dryfruits.
