First upon clean all kodo millet and wash them with clean water 2 to 3 times and soak them in clean water for 30 minutes.

Now heat water in a pan and add soaked kodari and salt to it and cook it.

Then add sprouted mung beans in a chopper and coarsely grind it.

Now take a bowl and add all-purpose flour and add water and mix it very well for slurry.

Now add the cooked kodo millet in a bowl, add crushed slrouted mung beans, ginger garlic and green chili paste and add finely chopped green coriander leaves and mix very well.

After that add salt and chaat masala and mix well.

Now make round tikki of this mixture. Then add this tikki in all-purpose flour slurry and then coat this tikki in bread crumbs. Now prepared all tikki this way.

Now put oil in a pan. Then deep fry the tikki in this hot oil until golden brown on medium gas flame.

Now our very healthy Kodomillet and Sprouted Mung Beans Tikki is ready for serve.
