Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 5.3 ozcooked Borlotti beans (about 150 grams)
  2. 2.6 ozpasta of your choice (about 75 grams)
  3. 1 tablespoontomato paste
  4. 1/4yellow onion
  5. Rosemary
  6. Hot water
  7. Salt
  8. Extra virgin olive oil
  9. Black pepper
  10. Red pepper flakes
  11. Can be stored for 2-3 days in the refrigerator in an airtight container

Steps

  1. 1

    Sauté the onion and rosemary in a drizzle of olive oil. Add the beans and cook for a couple of minutes to let the flavors blend.

  2. 2

    Cover with hot water, add the tomato paste, and blend part of the mixture.

  3. 3

    Add the pasta and a little salt. Cook, stirring occasionally, for the pasta's cooking time. Finish with olive oil, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste.
