Heat a pan or Kadhai,add ghee when it hot add cloves,then add sugar,add 1/4 cup water.

When sugar will melt stir it for two minutes then add,orange food colour and mix it well. add ccooked rice,mix it nicely..

Add cardamom powder and chopped almond,raisins and chopped cashews., mix it and add some ghee and stir it. Cover it for two minutes.ready your orange rice,garnish with dry fruits and serve it.
