Healthy Lauki Paratha 🫓

In a big bowl take flour,spices,oil& yogurt; add grated lauki mix it well & knead like dough

Make equal size ball & roll it on rolling board with rolling pin

Heat griddle on a gas on medium flame 🔥 put paratha on it after few seconds flip it & cook till brown spots on down side

Apply ghee & flip it & other side also apply ghee roast till brown spots on both sides & little crisp

Remove in a plate & serve hot with yogurt & green chutney

Don’t keep dough for long time if you are making with wheat flour then keep for 5 minutes
In this measurements you will get 7 paratha 🫓 but wheat flour you will get 9-10 paratha
