If you have leftover chicken thighs,but not sure what to do with them,then this is the recipe for you! 💪

Wash and rince 250g of raw white rice until most of the starch has been removed and put it into a rice cooker (if you don't have one just use a regular pot).I make the rice with 1 measuring cup of rice with 1/5 cup of water.
So I put 2 mes.cup rice with 2/5 mes.cup of water. - 2
Mix all the sauce ingredient in a small bowl and set aside.

Cut your leftover oven baked chicken thighs into bite size pieces.

Cut your cabbage and pepper into julienne (thin strip) pieces.
Dice your red onion and one of the garlic gloves,the other is for garnish at the end. - 5
Put some oil into your wok (if you don't have one feel free to use a bigger pan) and on medium-high heat sauté your onions until golden brown.

Add the cabbage and red pepper,turn the heat up to high,then constantly mix them until they have soften.

Add then chicken thighs,mix it for a minute then and the sauce.

Now split this badge in half,serve with rice and enjoy! 😉
