In a bowl add singhara and kuttu flour. Mix it together.

Now add oil, grated ginger, turmeric powder, cumin seeds and coriander leaves.

Add water little by little and make soft dough. Rest it for 10 minutes.

Now make small balls from the dough.

Roll the thepla to a round flatbread of about 5 to 6 inches in diameter.

Heat tawa, spread oil both sides and roast until golden brown.

Serve hot with mango aachar.
