Mooli Ki Bhaji

Chopped radish leaves and slice radish into thin slices. Keep aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds. Let them crackle.

Add garlic, ginger and green chilli. Saute 10 seconds.

Add chopped onion. Saute till translucent.

Add radish and radish leaves. Add salt to taste. Mix well. Add 1/2 cup water. Cover and cook for, 4-5 minutes on low medium flame.

After, 5 minutes open the lid and dry liquid if any. Take out in a serving dish. Add chilli flakes and serve with hot phulkas.
