High protein, nutritious,tasty thalipith with soya chunks and lots of veggies.
Steps

Soak soya chunks in hot water for 20 min. Chop cabbage and all other vegetables.

Squeeze water from soya chunks and grind to paste add to a bowl add besan and other veggies.

Add red chilli chutney, ginger paste, salt, sugar, sesame seeds, lemon juice combine everything well without adding any water.

Take a portion of soya chunks mixture and press it on tawa spreading evenly heat tawa add oil to edges and cook both sides till golden. Prepare all the thalipith.

Soya chunks and cabbage thalipith is ready, serve with ketchup.
