Steps

Heat ghee add bay leaves and add onions saute for 2 mts. Now add tomatoes and spices and cook till mushy

Now add freshly grated turmeric and ginger, water, mix well and cook covered for about 10 mts.

Now when turmeric is soft add peas, spring onion green, curd, cashew and raisin and mix well. Cover it for 5mts.

Serve with Rotla or khichdi
