Vegetable FRIED RICE with WHITE BUTTER
Steps

Take a wok or pan, add butter & oil, heat it,(oil is added to avoid burning of butter),

In goes garlic & green chilli, saute it for a minute.

Add in onion, stir fry it for a minute.

Now add matar, carrot & beans, stir fry it for 30 sec. In goes salt, kashmiri red chilli powder & garam masala powder, stir fry it for a minute.

Add in cooked rice, stir fry it for 2 minutes.

In goes dhania patta, mix it well.

Turn off the flame, take out in a serving bowl or dish, garnish with a dhania sprig...
