Wash and add soda to the moong. Add water and soak for 8 hours

Drain the moong and spread on a clean cloth an allow the moisture to dry. This takes about 1 hour. The moong should be dry.

Mix all the dry masalas and keep ready. Preheat air fryer @ 180°C for 5 minutes.

Take half the quantity of dried moong in a plate. Place in the air fryer basket.Drizzle 1/2 tsp oil and mix it all over. Place the basket in air fryer and set timer for 7-8 minutes.

In between take out and mix the moong to cook evenly all over. Reduce the temperature if necessary to 150°C.When the moong are crispy take out on a plate. Sprinkle the masala and mix. If it doesn't stick put 2-3 drops of heated and cooled oil.

Similarly, cook the other half of moong and sprinkle the masala and mix. Similarly, cook the Magajtari seeds at 150°C. Once cooled down, mix in Nylon sev and roasted melon seeds.

Mix all well.
