First of all clean methi leaves cut it and wash and drain it

In the food processor first of all add garlic green chilli,coriander leaves and grind it

Now add methi leaves,all flour,red chilli powder,and carrom seeds,sesame seeds,dhanya jeera powder turmeric powder and salt add some oil and water as required

Make a dough in the food processor and make the balls from dough.

Make the balls and roll it on the rolling board. Roast the thepala from both sides with ghee butter or white butter
- 6
Serve the thepala with yoghurt or pickle.

You can carry these thepala in the travelling.
