First wash green chili 🌶️ remove the head & cut in to half ;remove all seeds & keep aside ; keep 1 green chili as it is

Now time to boiling ….
1st take water in a pan add pinch of fitkari powder & put chilis in it & boil for 8 minutes remove chili 🌶️ on strainer & throw the water2nd time also same process but boil for 6 minutes add 1 whole chili 🌶️ also

3rd time also same process but boil whole chili 🌶️ 2 minutes extra but remove other chili in strainer after 2 min remove whole chili also wash is & keep aside for 1/2 hr

After 1/2 an hr take all chili 🌶️ in mixer grinder & grind it in fine paste don’t put single drop of water remove the paste in a bowl & keep aside
Now heat ghee in a pan add chili 🌶️ paste & cook 7-8 minutes;then add fresh crushed mawa & cook for 5 minutes

After cooking 5 min mawa add sugar & grated paneer mix it nicely; add cardamom powder & cook 5-6 minutes till halwa leaves the pan & ghee on sides

Take our in serving plate side of halwa keep one side whole chili 🌶️ & other side sprinkle some almonds & pistachio decorate with silver warq you can see in pic

NOTE ~
When we add fitkari powder in water while boiling chili 🌶️ spices of chili 🌶️ come out fast
You can make HALWA with red chili 🌶️ also
