Ingredients

30 minutes
2 people
  1. 125 grcottage cheese
  2. 2 table spoonfinely chopped carrot 🥕
  3. 2 table spoonfinely chopped french beans
  4. 2 table spoonfinely chopped capsicum 🫑
  5. 3 table spoongrated broccoli
  6. 1 cupfresh kasuri methi
  7. 5-6garlic cloves
  8. 1 table spoonoil
  9. 2mideum size finely chopped tomato 🍅
  10. 1 inchpiece ginger
  11. Salt, 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  12. 1 tea spooncoriander powder
  13. 1/3 spoonhaldi powder
  14. 1 tea spoongaram masala
  15. 1 tea spoonjeera and 1 dry red chilli
  16. Fresh coriander leaves 🍃

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut all veggies, take a pan, add oil, roast jeera, garlic and dry chilli. When it turns golden add beans and carrots.

    Saute it 2 minutes, add capsicum and broccoli. Saute it again 2 minutes, add methi and dry spices.

    Mix proper and cover it for perfect cook. Open the lid after 2, 3 minutes add chooped tomato. All ingredients cook very well.

    At last add crumbled cottage cheese. On mideum flame cook it for 3 minutes. Now add garam masala.

  5. 5

    Garnish it with julienne cut ginger and coriander leaves. Serve it with roti,paratha or bread.
