This is a guilt free recipe. A wide range of fresh veggies we can use in preparation.
Steps

Cut all veggies, take a pan, add oil, roast jeera, garlic and dry chilli. When it turns golden add beans and carrots.

Saute it 2 minutes, add capsicum and broccoli. Saute it again 2 minutes, add methi and dry spices.

Mix proper and cover it for perfect cook. Open the lid after 2, 3 minutes add chooped tomato. All ingredients cook very well.

At last add crumbled cottage cheese. On mideum flame cook it for 3 minutes. Now add garam masala.

Garnish it with julienne cut ginger and coriander leaves. Serve it with roti,paratha or bread.
