Gather all the ingredients. Dice the bell peppers and onions. Chop the tomatoes. Cut the paneer into pieces. Shell the green peas and rinse them with water.

In a blender jar, add cumin seeds, garlic, green cardamom, cinnamon stick, chopped ginger, and cloves. Grind into a spice paste.

Heat oil in a large skillet. Add the paneer pieces and fry until golden. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the diced bell peppers and onions. Sauté lightly, then remove and set aside. Add a little more oil to the skillet if needed, heat, then add the ground spice paste and sauté. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder, and cook the spices.

Sauté the spices well until the oil separates from the mixture. Once the spices are cooked, add the green peas and sauté with the spices.

Continue to sauté the peas for a few minutes. Then add the sautéed bell peppers and onions, and cook together for a bit longer.

Add the paneer pieces and gently mix with the peas and spices. Add water as needed and cook until it comes to a boil. Turn off the heat. Finally, add the chopped cilantro.
