Crack the eggs in a bowl. Season with salt, 1 teaspoon pepper powder, and 1 teaspoon chilli flakes.

Pour the eggs into the skillet and cook them without stirring for 1 minute. Slowly fold the eggs, creating large chunks.

Add the garlic and sauté on medium low heat till fragrant.

Add the pepper and chilli flakes and mix well.

Add the corn flour/starch and cook, without burning.

Add the milk, gradually, and mix to create a thick sauce.

Add Italian seasoning and parsley flakes and mix well.

Add the scrambled eggs to the sauce and mix well.

Add the cilantro, green onion and grate one boiled egg and mix well.

Serve garnished with cilantro and sliced egg.
