Salmon, avocado and tomato are all anti-aging foods and so you can get triple the benefits! I love to eat this salad regularly.
Steps

Chop all vegetables and salmon to about 2 cm cubes.

Put all chopped food into a bowl. Squeeze in the lemon juice, pour in olive oil and mix well.

Then add the salt, pepper and soy sauce and mix well. Finally add the finely chopped dried rosemary. Leave in the fridge to marinate for at least 30 min. Then its ready to eat!
