Ingredients

15 minutes

6 pieces

3 1/2 ozwhole rolled oats
2large eggs
1 1/4 cupswater
1 pinchsalt
Sweetener for a sweet version

Blend all the ingredients until you get a smooth batter. Let it rest for 15 minutes.

In a very hot skillet (about 9 inches for me), cook the crêpes on each side. If your skillet sticks, grease it with a paper towel. Now, just fill them with whatever you like!
