Steps

Take the Til, ground nut powder & Gul together in grinder jar and grind it till smooth powder.

Take the mixture in a plate Add the 1 tablespoon of ghee, dry fruits mixture, elaichi powder and mix well. Make the small balls from this mixture.

Knead the poli dough and make from equal size balls.

Take the dough ball in a palm and spread the dough ball with other hands fingers in a round shape. Put the filling ball in the middle Bring the edges in the centre covered carefully and joint it.

Dip the poli's ball in dry Flour. Press slightly and make a small flat disc shape.
Roll it with a rolling pin. - 6
Heat the tawa on medium flame. Put the poli middle and cook till slightly change the colour.Flip the poli and cook the other side.Spread some ghee and cook both sides are golden brown.
