Makai daliya is rich in essential nutrients, including fiber, vitamins, and minerals.

First boil water add salt & 1 tbsp ghee then add makai dalia ; remove little foam on it

Cover the lid & cook on medium flame 🔥 till 4 whistle. Let it cool down

Till that heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan add mustard seed & hing ; let it crackle add sesame seeds after 20 seconds add chopped onion 🧅 red chili 🌶️ & curry leaves

Sauté for 1 min then add veggies & spices mix it well sprinkle some water & after 1 min add beaten curd

Mix it well switch off the flame 🔥

Open pressure cooker lid stir it & add sautéed veggie ; mix it well & serve hot with some toasted sesame seeds
