In a plate take wheat flour, salt and add some water and make a dough and rest for 10 min

Put the kadai on the medium flame and add sesame seeds and roast for 2 to 3 min.take this in the plate roast the peanuts in the kadai let them cool

Roast the besan in the same kadai

Now cut the jaggery. In the grinder grind the peanuts,then add sesame seeds and jaggery and grind it together. Add besan and dry ginger powder and cardamom powder mix it well. Saran is ready

Now take a ball from the dough and put the above mixture of til,gul and jaggery in the dough and close it and roll it on the rolling board.make the tilgul poli.

Roast the til gul poli from both sides with ghee
