This thai favourite is so simple to make better than Resturants - so cheap and SOOOOO amazing. Just a quick lunch or starter or part of Thai feast. ENJOY ❤️
Steps
- 1
Cut off the crusts from bread and put in a board. Mix all other ingredients together with a fork or hands to combine properly - I cover with cling film and put in fridge for 10 mins.
- 2
Decide pork into 4 and put in middle of each piece or bread. Using a fork drag to the edges so all the “face” is covered. Cut from one corner to the other.
- 3
Heat veg oil in a large pan to 180-200c then CAREFULLY lower 2-4 pcs into the oil meat “face” down. Cook for around 2-3 mins until start to light golden brown then turn over. 2 mins until bread side golden. Then turn again to finally cook the pork side. About another 2 mins.
- 4
Remove onto kitchen paper and allow to drain then serve immediately with sauce while hot. ENJOY - these are amazing. 😻
